Paying
Within Czechia you can pay cash to the courier when the parcel arrives — a handling fee applies: 30 Kč (Packeta – pickup point or Z-BOX) — or by card when you order.
Deliveries elsewhere in the EU are card only, because no carrier collects cash outside Czechia.
If you pay cash on delivery
We email you to confirm the order before we ship it. Nothing leaves us until you reply, so please check your inbox after ordering. Card orders need no confirmation — they go straight into packing.
